*오피스 빌딩, 용적률을 위한 선택 [ Allmann Sattler Wappner Architekten ] Office Building

뮌스터, 아아제 인공호수에 면한 오피스 빌딩은 건물들 열주 끝자락에 위치한다.

사선으로 기울어진 원통형 계단실은 내부공간을 상부로 상승시키며

아웃도어 테라스를 갖는 3층 공간을,

상부 캔틸레버로 깊게 형성된 저층부의 주출입구를 형성한다.

한정적인 용적률 내에서의 건축은 이렇듯

건축가의 도전을 받아 들이며 건축물을 역동적으로 형성한다.

Situated in an exposed position in Münster close to the Aasee, the office building forms the end of a row of buildings facing the lake. The starting point for the design concept was a provision in the development plan for the top floor of all buildings to be set back. By cre- ating several circular cut-outs, this set-back feature has not been limited to the top floor.

It has been extended into the floors below by taking out cylindrical sections forming terraces and a covered entrance area. The cantilevered elements have been suspended so that all external terraces are free of supports. This has the effect that the otherwise stable rectan- gular shape appears to have lost its balance. However, this slightly irritating aspect lends the building its expressive and memorable appearance.
