최소의 건축, 하지만 유연한 거주공간 구현.
일본 아이치현에 위치한 주택은 한적한 주거단지에 자리한다. 부부내외와 두 자녀를 위한 거주공간은 향후 변화하는 생활방식과 가족구성원의 형태에 따라 유연하게 대응하도록 가구식으로 계획되었다. 구조와 분리된 벽체(비내력벽)는 일정 모듈 안에서 거주자의 생활방식에 따라 유연하게 변경 가능하다.
Koda Townhouse is a minimalist residence located in Aichi, Japan, designed by Naoya Kitamura. The site is located on a quiet street a block away from the main road. The structure is loosely divided by a series of wooden pillars that allow the residents to adapt to future layouts. The residence is for a couple and their two children – and within these conditions, wanted to create an open and welcoming environment.
