매크로 시각을 조금 좁혀 마이크로 시각에서 공원은 주거지역 내 퀄리티 높은

외부환경을 조성함으로써 주거환경을 개선하는데도 일조하게 됩니다.

A former horse carriage terrain in Seville has been turned into a new urban space and public park.

The development, realized by architecture studio Costa Fierros Architectos, is located on the town’s edge and connects two long-time separated neighbourhoods.

With a metro station in the property’s centre, the over 30,000-sq-m park has notably improved access to the station and between the two adjacent areas.

‘Parque de la Música is a unique master plan in terms of urban renovation and integration linked to Sevilla Underground infrastructure works,’ say architects Pablo Díaz-Fierros and Sara Tavares.

The goal was also to improve the local housing situation, by giving residents a quality outdoor space. The materials used – ceramic, lime and granite – combined with various plants results in a certain pattern that refers to the decoration of Seville’s royal palace, while creating a green space year long.
