프라빗 하우스 개인용 주거의 고급화를 보여주고 있어요. 총 2층 규모의 주택으로 많은 식구를 위한 주거 형태라기 보다 1인 개인의 주거의 형태를 지극히 반영하고 있네요. 1층에는 오픈플래닝 구조로 높은 거실이 정원과 연결되면서 넓은 부엌으로 확장되어 심플하면서 개방감이 좋은 분위기를 연출해요. 2층의 침실은 거주자의 프라빗한 공간 연출을 위해 독립성을 확보한 점도 재미 있네요. 좁은 골목과 절벽의 절묘한 만남 프랑스,좁은 골목길 끝에 집 하나가 들어 섰어요. 좁은 골목에서 연출되는 수직의 리니어한 공간은 쉽게 버려지는 공간을 극적인 장소로 탄생시켰네요. 수직으로 곧게 뻗은 우드프레임이 이 집의 수직성을 돋보기에 하는 역활을 하고 있어요. 여름에는 절벽에서 부터 올라오는 담쟁이덩굴과 어울어져 하나의 자연이 되네요. 창가에서 와인 한잔 할까요?
