*주변 잔디를 모방한 녹색지붕의 거대 주택-[Studio MK27 tops 'planar house' in brazil with an expansive green roof]

십자가 모양의 금속 기둥을 특징으로 한 5베드룸 침실의 주택은 주변 잔디를 모방한 녹색 지붕을 특징으로 한다. 주택 천장에는 태양전지패널과 채광창을 통합하였고, 지붕아래 두 개의 프로그램이 설계되어 하나는 서비스 구역으로 체육관과 TV룸, 놀이방이 있고 다른 하나는 침실이 구성되었다.

in porto feliz, a municipality in the brazilian state of são paulo, studio MK27 has completed a dwelling that the practice describes as ‘a radical exercise in horizontality’. appropriately named ‘planar house’, the residence is discreetly inserted at the plot’s highest point and topped with a green roof that mimics the surrounding lawn. referring to the roof as the building’s fifth façade, the architects also carefully integrated solar panels and skylights within the canopy.

‘structurally, the slab is a rigid platform that is not supported by beams but directly by the pillars, which are distributed modularly in three axes,’ explains studio MK27. ‘the cross-shaped metallic pillars are homage to the elegant proportions of miesian architecture.’ beneath the roof there are two programmatic boxes: the first contains service areas, a gym, TV and playrooms, while the second houses five en-suite bedrooms.
