located in causeway bay, hong kong, the work project is a vibrant serviced office designed by architecture and interiors studio bean buro. this 3,065 sq.m co-working hub allows members complete freedom to adjust their office space and hours, according to their individual needs.

for this project, bean buro has been driven by poetic interpretations of the history behind the local waterfront district — now  called causeway bay — and the dynamic fishing community who once gathered under boating canopies. these qualities led to the characteristic design of stepped meeting rooms where co-workers can gather around and under sculptural canopies for any event.

the working hub extends over four levels, with a dedicated social floor shared between all users. the latter features a stage, library, and garden — with a lush green wall by french botanical pioneer patrick blanc.  furthermore, the complex contains 74 private offices that can each hold between two and twelve employees, as well as 80 hot desks. office spaces can be booked on a monthly or daily basis, according to the tenant’s needs.

the work project offers a multi-sensory environment, designed to enhance productivity. every element — including music, scent, refreshment, technology, furniture and meeting facility — has been carefully curated and planned to provide the ideal office spaces. original artworks by bean buro are also displayed within the complex, creating a holistic experience for visitors.
