철저한 상업공간이면서 동시에 문화 및
주거공간을 조닝하여 어느 한부분에도 치우치지 않도록
해야 하는 것이기 때문이다.
또한 향기로운 향기와 아름다운 형태로 꽃이 벌을 유혹하듯이
화려한 디자인이나 재료를 사용하여
미관이 수려한 공간을 만들어 고객들의 시선을
사로 잡을 수도 있어야 한다.
물론 화려한 디자인이 아닌
깊이 있는 디자인과 공간으로 고객들을
빨아 들이는 피터줌터가 설계한 therme vals 같은 곳도 있다.

Speaking of high style relaxation spots, we’re completely blown away by the glamorous Qing Shui Wan Spa and Hotel located in the bustling downtown of Shenyang, China. Fronted with an illuminated façade, this luxurious locale was designed by the Singapore-based firm Nota Design International and takes up over 220,000-square-feet.

The expansive, high-end space is made up of three separate floors that each occupies 7,000 square feet. The impressive first floor is made up of the main reception hall and houses a number of hot springs in a section that has been divided up into two areas, one for men and the other for women.

Directly above on the second floor is a sleek and moody Japanese restaurant that has 184 seats and a buffet for resort guests as well as one for VIP visitors only. This level also houses a cinema lounge, tea ceremony rooms, a relaxing spa lounge, a hair salon, and a massage parlor.

Finally, the third story of this impressive complex consists of the main spa, which is equipped with two Turkish baths, 41 massage rooms and 14 more that are for treatments specifically. In addition to all of that, this floor is also home to 23 mahjong (a Chinese tile game) rooms for entertainment as well as 24 hotel rooms for guests. We’re not sure about you, but we’re checking into this resort.
